Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci polepy v Litoměřickém okrese. Zadání investora je soubor rodinných domů na dvanácti parcelách. Zadané parcely se nachází v nezastavěné části obce, určené k zástavbě pro dotvoření téměř pravidelného čtvercového cílového tvaru obce. Návrh reaguje na požadavky územního plánu, je to dům venkovského charakteru se sedlovou střechou s obytným podkrovím na pozemku o ploše nad 1000 m2. Vzhledem k developerské povaze projektu je dům navržen pro "univerzální rodinu", sestává ze dvou bytových jednotek, část rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a část vejminku, která může sloužit i k pronájmu, pro dvě osoby. Dům je navržen aby uspokojil požadavky co nejširšícho okruhu možných majitelů. Část rodinného domu je navržena v dispozici 5kk, hlavní obytný prostor (obývací pokoj s jídelnou a kuchyní) nabízí přímé propojení interiéru s jižní zahradou, či stíněnou terasou. Dále nabízí univerzální prostor, navržen jako pracovna a technické zázemí. Druhé podlaží je věnováno soukromé části, ložnicím a koupelnám. Podobný princip je aplikován ve vejminku. Díky příčnému rozdělení parcely má každa jednotka svou část zahrady a neruší se.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in the village of Polepy in the Litoměřice district. The investor's assignment is a set of family houses on twelve plots. The specified plots are located in the undeveloped part of the village, intended for development to complete the almost regular square target shape of the village. The proposal responds to the requirements of the masterplan, being a house of rural character with a gabled roof with habitable attic on a plot area of over 1000m2. Due to the development nature of the project, the house is designed for a "universal family", consisting of two dwelling units, part of a family house for a family of four and part of a secondary suite, which can also be rented by two people. The house is designed to satisfy the requirements of the widest possible range of potential owners. Part of the family house is designed in a 5 bedroom layout, the main living area (living room with dining room and kitchen) oēers a direct connection of the interior with the south garden or shaded terrace. It also offers a versatile space, designed as a study and utility room. The second floor is dedicated to the private area, bedrooms and bathrooms. A similar principle is applied in the secondary suite. Thanks to the transverse division of the plot, each unit has its own part of the garden and does not interfere.
