Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh rodinného domu pre štvorčlennú rodinu v Prahe 6. Riešená parcela je súčasťou dvojice nezastavaných pozemkov určených pre výstavbu rodinných domov v čiastočne novovznikajúcej zástavbe rodinných domov v Šáreckom údolí. Spracovaná parcela naväzuje na ulicu Pokojná s čiastočne priazdovou cestou v severnej časti pozemku, ktorá zároveň slúži ako príjazdová cesta k domu. Pozemok je vo zvažitom teréne, ktorý prekonáva prevýšenie pozdĺž pozemku približne 15 m. Výhľad z parcely domu je orientovaný do Šáreckého údolia a s dokonalým výhľadom na Kostol sv. Matěja. Južná a severná časť parcely sú orientované k susedným parcelám. Východná časť je orientovaná k uličnej čiare a západná hranica je orientovaná k lesu Horní Šárky. Hmota domu je tvarovaná s ohľadom na tvar Šáreckého územia, konkrétne na ostré hrany skál, ktoré sú mu typické. Natočenie objektu láme kompaktný tvar a vytvára lepšie využitie potenciálu pozemku a nádherný výhľad do okolitej prírody. Umiestnenie domu nezasahuje do už existujúcej zástavby rodinných domov v okolí. Návrh domu rešpektuje svažitý terén, takže nebolo potrebné vytvoriť rozsiahle terénne úpravy. 1. NP je zapustené čiastočne do terénu. Toto poschodie slúži pre obytnú časť objektu, keďže jeho hlavná fasáda je orientovaná na východnú časť, čo zabezpečuje dostatočné ranné svetlo pre izby. Ďalej sú v tomto poschodí navrhnuté pracovné priestory pre matku a otca, šatníky pre izbové miestnosti, hygienické zázemia, sklad, práčovňa a technická miestnosť. Spálňa rodičov je navrhnutá s prechodom cez šatník a orientáciou do tmavšej časti, keďže okno je v miernom zákope svahu. Celá východná fasáda je prepojená s exteriérom a zabezpečuje dokonalú súvislosť s východnou časťou záhrady. 2. NP slúži ako vstupné poschodie a obytná časť objektu, ktorá je zároveň prepojená s exteriérom západnej časti záhrady. V obývacej časti je zabezpečený dokonalý výhľad na okolitú prírodu a dominantu Kostola sv. Matěja. Obývacia izba je otvorená do zázemia knižnice, ktorá je dôležitou súčasťou koncepcie návrhu domu, preto jej bol venovaný dostatočný priestor. Priestor medzi obývacou časťou a kuchyňou je vyplnený priestorom s krbom, ktorý opticky spája funkcie týchto miestností. V južnej časti objektu sa nachádza kuchynská časť s komorou a priestorným jedálenským stolom s možnosťou stolovania vonku vďaka krytej lódžii. Kuchyňa a jedáleň sú plynule prepojené s terasou na južnej strane, čo zabezpečuje dostatočné osvetlenie týchto miestností. V západnom smere je prepojenosť tiež zabezpečená s prechodom na terasu so zastrešením pergoly, ktorá slúži pre spoločenské akcie. V 2. NP je ďalej navrhnutá pridružená izba pre možnosť ubytovania hostí alebo starých rodičov, ktorá má samostatný vstup zo vstupnej haly. Je tiež plne vybavená, takže nezasahuje do samostatnosti zvyšku rodinného domu. Kryté parkovanie je umožnené vďaka priestrannej garáži pre 2 autá, ku ktorej prilieha sklad pre záhradný nábytok. Pred garážou je navrhnutý dostatočný priestor na parkovanie áut v exteriéri. Vertikálna komunikácia je navrhnutá ako trojramenné atypické schodisko v severnom rohu domu, ktoré prepája obe poschodia. Presvetlenie knižnice a schodiska je dosiahnuté pomocou strešných svetlíkov dostatočne.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family in Prague 6. The addressed plot is part of a pair of undeveloped plots intended for the construction of family houses in a partially newly emerging residential area in Šárka Valley. The processed plot is adjacent to Pokojná Street with a partially access road in the northern part of the plot, which also serves as an access road to the house. The plot is in sloping terrain, overcoming an elevation difference along the plot of approximately 15 meters. The view from the house plot is oriented towards Šárka Valley with a perfect view of St. Matěj Church. The southern and northern parts of the plot are oriented towards neighboring plots. The eastern part is oriented towards the street line, and the western boundary is oriented towards the Horní Šárka forest. The mass of the house is shaped with regard to the shape of the Šárka area, specifically the sharp edges of the rocks that are typical of it. The orientation of the building breaks the compact shape and creates better utilization of the plot’s potential and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The location of the house does not interfere with the existing residential development in the vicinity. The design of the house respects the sloping terrain, so extensive landscaping was not necessary. The ground floor is partially embedded in the terrain. This floor serves as the living area of the building, as its main facade is oriented to the eastern part, ensuring sufficient morning light for the rooms. Furthermore, this floor includes workspaces for the mother and father, wardrobes for the bedrooms, sanitary facilities, storage, laundry room, and technical room. The parents’ bedroom is designed with a passage through the wardrobe and orientation towards the less illuminated part, as the window is in a slight slope cut. The entire eastern facade is connected to the exterior, providing perfect continuity with the eastern part of the garden. The first floor serves as an entrance floor and the living part of the building, which is also connected to the exterior of the western part of the garden. The living area provides a perfect view of the surrounding nature and the dominant St. Matěj Church. The living room is open to the library area, which is an essential part of the house design concept, so sufficient space has been allocated to it. The space between the living area and the kitchen is filled with a spacious fireplace, which optically connects the functions of these rooms. In the southern part of the building, there is a kitchen area with a pantry and a spacious dining table with the possibility of dining outside thanks to the covered loggia. The kitchen and dining area are seamlessly connected to the terrace on the southern side, ensuring sufficient lighting for these rooms. In the western direction, connectivity is also ensured with access to the pergola-covered terrace, which serves for social events. On the second floor, there is an additional room designed for accommodating guests or grandparents, which has a separate entrance from the entrance hall. It is also fully equipped, so it does not interfere with the independence of the rest of the family house. Covered parking is provided by a spacious garage for 2 cars, adjacent to which is a storage room for garden furniture. In front of the garage, there is sufficient space for parking cars in the exterior. Vertical communication is designed as a three-armed atypical staircase in the northern corner of the house, connecting both floors. The library and staircase are adequately illuminated by roof skylights.
