Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem zadání této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro sportovně založenou čtyřčlennou rodinu. Dům se nachází ve svažitém terénu na západním svahu nad obcí Janov nad Nisou. Pozemek přiléhá ke komunikaci, která spojuje Janov nad Nisou s Hraběticemi. Objekt je navržen tak, aby maximálně využíval charakter krajiny, ve které se nachází. Zejména důležité pro návrh byly výhledy na krajinu Jizerských hor. Objekt je navržen v souladu s tradicemi zástavby v Jizerských horách, tedy byla zvolena varianta sedlové střechy s hřebenem orientovaným podél vrstevnice. Další výrazný vliv na charakter objektu má kromě výhledu také svažitost pozemku. Společenské prostory se nachází v prvním nadzemním podlaží, které je v jedné výškové rovině s přilehlou komunikací. Soukromé prostory pro rodinu se nachází v prvním podzemním podlaží. Využité je také podkroví, kde se nachází soukromá herna a pracovna rodičů. Charakteristickým rysem objektu jsou prosklené plochy na západní straně objektu, které mají poskytovat nejlepší možný výhled na krajinu.

The assignment of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family with a sporty background. The house is located on a sloping terrain. The plot is adjacent to the road connecting Janov nad Nisou with Hrabětice. The building is designed to make the most of the character of the landscape in which it is located. Particularly important for the design were the views of the surrounding nature. The building is designed in accordance with the traditions of the area, which means a saddle roof with a ridge oriented along the contour line. Another significant influence on the character of the building in addition to the view was the slope of the plot. The social areas are located on the first above-ground floor, which is on the same level as the adjacent road. The private areas for the family are located on the first underground floor. The attic is also used, there is a private playroom and a study for the parents. A characteristic feature of the building are the glazed areas on the western side of the building, which will provide the best possible view of the surrounding nature.
