Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro pětičlennou rodinu v klidné lokalitě hlavního města Prahy - Nebušice. Obsahem je architektonická studie a vybraní část dokumentace ve stuni pro stavební povolení. Stavba je umístěna na mírně svažitém pozemku na nároží ulic Kádnerova a K vinicím. Okolí je tvořeno převážně rodinnými domy a zelení. Na ulici Kádnerova se nachází základní škola s hřištěm. Parcela v Nebušicích se nachází v klidném prostředí. Terén pozemku je svažitý směrem k jihu. Návrh reaguje na pravidelné tvarování parcely, okolní terén a orientaci světových stran. Záměrem návrhu bylo vytvořit dům, který splňuje potřeby rodiny pomocí jednoduchého hmotového řešení. Hlavní myšlenkou je propojení objektu se zahradou a vytvoření pocitu otevřenosti velkorysými prosklenými plochami. Rodinný dům je navržen tak, aby byl součástí dění a života všech členů rodiny v kontaktu s okolím. Svažitý terén byl využit pro suterén, do kterého směruje rampa do garáže pro auta. Vstupní podlaží je zednuto o půl patra. Fasády domu jsou tvořeny bílou omítkou doplněny okenními rámy antracitové barvy. Antracitová omítka je použita na jižní fasádě na zdůraznění posunu hmoty. Cílem bylo vytvořit jednoduchý objekt zasazený do terénu, který vyhovuje potřebám rodiny.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house for a family of five in a quiet location of the capital city of Prague - Nebušice. The content is an architectural study and a selected part of the documentation in the form of a building permit. The building is located on a slightly sloping plot at the corner of Kádnerova and K vinicím streets. The neighborhood consists mainly of family houses and greenery. There is a primary school with a playground on Kádnerova Street. The plot in Nebušice is located in a quiet environment. The terrain of the plot is sloping towards the south. The proposal responds to the regular shaping of the plot, the surrounding terrain and the orientation of the cardinal points. The intention of the design was to create a house that meets the needs of the family using a simple material solution. The main idea is to connect the building with the garden and create a feeling of openness with generous glass surfaces. The family house is designed to be a part of the events and life of all family members in contact with the surroundings. The sloping terrain was used for the basement, to which the ramp leads to the car garage. The entrance floor is walled up by half a floor. The facades of the house are made of white plaster, complemented by anthracite-colored window frames. Anthracite plaster is used on the south facade to emphasize the displacement of the mass. The goal was to create a simple object set in the terrain that meets the needs of the family.
