Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v turisticky oblíbené části Jizerských hor, v obci Janov nad Nisou. Cílem bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie a zpracování určitých technických výkresů na úrovni dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení. Pozemek navrhované stavby se nachází na stráni nad obcí Janov nad Nisou. Vzhledem ke své vyvýšené poloze poskytuje možnosti nádherných panoramatických výhledů na Jizerské hory a jizerské bučiny. Objekt respektuje charakter zástavby v Jizerských horách, kde se tradičně staví domy se sedlovou střechou s hřebenem orientovaným po vrstevnicích. Návrh domu vychází z kontextu konfigurace terénu a vazby na výhledy do plenéru. Společné prostory jsou situovány do vstupního podlaží. Soukromé prostory pro rodinu doplněné o wellness se nacházejí v podzemním podlaží s výhledy orientovanými do krajiny a přímým výstupem do zahrady. Druhé nadzemní podlaží slouží jako pracovna a pokoj pro hosty.

The subject of this bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four in the tourist-favored area of the Jizera Mountains, in the village of Janov nad Nisou. The aim was to create a project in the scope of an architectural study and to develop certain technical drawings at the level required for a building permit. The proposed construction site is located on a slope above the village of Janov nad Nisou. Due to its elevated position, it offers the possibility of magnificent panoramic views of the Jizera Mountains and the Jizera Beech Forests. The building respects the character of the development in the Jizera Mountains, where houses are traditionally built with gabled roofs oriented along the contour lines. The design of the house is based on the context of the terrain configuration and the connections to the outdoor views. The common areas are situated on the entrance floor. The private spaces for the family, complemented by a wellness area, are located in the basement with views oriented towards the landscape and direct access to the garden. The second floor serves as a study and a guest room.
