Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předkládaná práce je podkladem pro realizaci rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu 2+2 v poklidné čtvrti Praha – Nebušice. Obsahem je architektonická studie a vybraná číst dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení. Objekt se nachází na svažitém pozemku na nároží ulic Kádnerova a K Vinicím. Okolí domu je tvořeno převážně zástavbou rodinných domů a zelení. V ulici Kádnerova se nachází Základní a mateřská škola Praha-Nebušice, která disponuje sportovním areálem. Návrh cílí na tvůrčí osoby s estetickým cítěním, smyslem pro detail, vyhledávající originalitu a nápaditost se současnými potřebami zachovávat hodnotu rodiny. Celý objekt je osazen velkými skleněnými plochami, které uvnitř zajišťují jedinečné světelné podmínky a jsou předmětem přinášejícím do interiéru dotek přírody a rozptylujícím hranice mezi interiérem a exteriérem rodinného domu. Dominantou stavby jsou masivní černé rámy podtrhující dynamiku a monumentalitu celého objektu.

The presented work serves as a basis for the realization of a family house for a family of four (2+2) in the peaceful neighborhood of Prague – Nebušice. It includes an architectural study and selected parts of the documentation at the level required for a building permit. The house is situated on a sloping plot at the corner of Kádnerova and K Vinicím streets. The surroundings of the house are predominantly composed of residential houses and greenery. Kádnerova Street is home to the Prague-Nebušice Primary and Nursery School, which features a sports complex. The design targets creative individuals with an aesthetic sense, an eye for detail, and a preference for originality and inventiveness, while meeting contemporary needs to preserve family values. The entire building is equipped with large glass surfaces, ensuring unique lighting conditions inside and bringing a touch of nature into the interior, blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior of the family house. The dominant feature of the building is the massive black frames, emphasizing the dynamism and monumentality of the entire structure.
