The bachelor's thesis involves the design of a family house for a four-member family in the Nebušice district, which is part of Prague 6. The goal of the project was to develop an architectural study, selected parts of the documentation for the building permit, and the concept of HVAC systems. The intention of the work was to create a house that responds to the plot and orientation towards the cardinal directions. The house opens into a wild garden, which provides privacy. The wildness of the garden is complemented by the cladding of the entire house, made of Siberian larch, which will age and thus turn gray over the years. The dominant feature of the house is the observatory, which stands at the corner of the plot and serves as a place for relaxation and observing the wooded valley. The entire house is designed so that the inhabitants are always in contact with the garden.
