Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu. Investorem je čtyřčlenná rodina, manželský pár se dvěma dětmi, synem a dcerou, ve věku 6 a 8 let. Součástí projektu bylo také vyhotovení části projektové dokumentace ve stupni stavebního povolení. Pozemek je situován na svažité parcele v pražské části Dejvice v ulici Pokojná. Lokalita v Šáreckém údolí nabízí obyvatelům klidné prostředí nedaleko centra Prahy a je známá svou krásnou přírodou. Na území dominuje kostel svatého Matěje, který leží přes údolí na protějším kopci od řešeného pozemku. Návrh rodinného domu zohledňuje specifické požadavky rodiny a klade důraz na zasazení do stávající zástavby, orientaci ke světovým stranám a využití průhledových os směrem do údolí a ke kostelu sv. Matěje.

The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study of a family house. The investor is a family of four, a married couple with two children, a son and a daughter, aged 6 and 8. The project also included the preparation of parts of the documentation for the building permit. The land intended for the construction of a family house is located in the Prague district of Dejvice on Pokojná Street. The location in Šárka valley offers residents a tranquil environment close to the center of Prague and is known for its rich nature. The area is dominated by the Church of St. Matthew, located across the Šárka Valley on the hill opposite the plot. The design of the family house takes into account the specific requirements of the family and emphasizes integration into the existing urban fabric, orientation towards the cardinal directions, and the utilization of view corridors towards the valley and the Church of St. Matthew.
