Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Součástí projektu bylo také vyhotovení částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Pozemek se nachází na severozápadě Prahy, v Ruzyni – navazuje na ulici Evropskou. Řešená parcela je částí velkého areálu, určeného k výstavbě golfového hřiště. Pozemek je mírně svažitý, přístup je umožněn z jižní strany. Ze severní strany pozemek navazuje na přírodní park Divoká Šárka. Návrh rodinného domu respektuje severní svažitost terénu. Důraz byl kladen zejména na výhledy do okolí a orientaci ke světovým stranám. Hmota se skládá ze dvou hranolů, které jsou na sebe posazeny a dolní je posunut dopředu. Horní hranol tvoří společenskou část budovy, a v dolním se odehrává soukromá rodinná část.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family. The project also included the preparation of parts of the documentation for the building permit.The plot is located in the northwest of Prague, in Ruzyně – it connects to Evropská Street. The plot in question is part of a large area designated for the construction of a golf course. The land is slightly sloping, with access provided from the south side. On the north side, the land borders the Divoká Šárka Nature Park. The design of the family house respects the northern slope of the terrain. Emphasis was placed especially on the views of the surroundings and the orientation to the cardinal points. The mass consists of two prisms, which are placed on top of each other, with the lower one shifted forward. The upper prism forms the social part of the building, while the lower one contains the private family area
