Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie a vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení rodinného domu. Navrhovaná parcela se nachází na Praze 6 v ulici Pokojná, kde klientem je vedoucím vymyšlená rodina čtyřčlenná pro větší reálnost konkrétního zadání. Hlavní prvky v území jsou svažitost terénu, klidné prostředí a hlavní dominanta ve formě kostela sv. Matěje. Projekt se touto problematikou zabývá, kde hlavním prvkem je tvoření doplňkových prostorových os na již zmiňovaný kostel. V reakci na terén je řešen plynulý přestup ze střešní zelené konstrukce na stávající terén. Dispozičně se návrh dělí na pobytové vrchní patro, kde rodina tráví nejvíc času a dolní, kde jsou gersoniéra určena pro hosty, pracovny, technické zázemí a garáž. Celý projekt se snaží vyhovět jak základním požadavkům klienta, tak specifickým přáním.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of an architectural study and selected parts of the documentation for the building permit of a family house. The proposed plot is located in Prague 6 in Pokojná Street, where the client is a leading fictional family of four for the greater realism of the specific assignment. The main elements in the area are the sloping terrain, the quiet environment and the main landmark in the form of St. Matthew Church. The project addresses this issue where the main element is the formation of complementary spatial axes to the aforementioned church. In response to the terrain, a seamless transition from the green roof structure to the existing terrain is addressed. The layout of the proposal is divided into a residential upper floor, where the family spends most of its time, and a lower floor, where the gersonières are for guests, study rooms, technical facilities and garage. The whole project tries to meet both the basic requirements of the client and specific wishes.
