Praha - Bohdalec, Víceúčelový objekt

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh víceúčelového objektu v Praze na Bohdalci. Objekt vzniká v rámci urbanistické studie předdiplomního projektu a je součástí nově vzniklé moderní městské čtvrti. V kontextu urbanistického návrhu se objekt stává lokálním centrem pro obytnou čtvrť na jižní straně řešeného území. Toto umístění tak definuje důležitost objektu ze společenského, kulturního, funkčního a prostorového hlediska. Návrh se snaží respektovat okolní pravidelnou blokovou obytnou zástavbu jak výškově, tak hmotově. Čelní fasáda objektu pak dotváří náměstí na hlavní třídě s tramvajovou tratí. Náplní polyfunkčního objektu je kulturní centrum se dvěma multifunkčními sály, výstavními prostory a kavárnou s potřebným zázemím a administrativními provozy. Objekt kulturního centra je navržen jako jednoduchá kompaktní hmota se třemi nadzemními a dvěma podzemními podlažími. Hmota přirozeně dotváří prostor náměstí a díky transparentní prosklené fasádě přispívá k dotvoření okolního veřejného prostoru a zve návštěvníky k návštěvě. Naopak směrem k západu ke komunikaci pro motorovou dopravu je fasáda uzavřenější a jsou zde orientovány provozní prostory se vstupem pro zaměstnance a zásobováním. Střecha objektu je řešena jako zelená, doplněna o malý amfiteátr a bar.

The subject of the thesis is the design of a multi-purpose building in the Bohdalec area of Prague. The building is being developed as part of an urban study for a pre-diploma project and is part of a newly emerging modern urban district. Within the context of the urban design, the building becomes a local center for the residential neighborhood on the southern side of the area in question. This location thus defines the importance of the building from a social, cultural, functional, and spatial perspective. The design aims to respect the surrounding regular block residential development in terms of both height and mass. The front facade of the building completes the square on the main avenue with a tram line. The multifunctional building's program includes a cultural center with two multipurpose halls, exhibition spaces, and a café with the necessary facilities and administrative operations. The cultural center building is designed as a simple, compact mass with three above-ground and two underground floors. The mass naturally shapes the space of the square and, thanks to its transparent glass facade, contributes to the creation of the surrounding public space and invites visitors to enter. In contrast, the western side facing the motor traffic road has a more closed facade, with operational spaces oriented towards this side, including an entrance for employees and service access. The roof of the building is designed as a green roof, complemented by a small amphitheater and a bar.
