Praha - Bohdalec, Víceúčelový objekt

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh víceúčelového objektu na Bohdalci, Praze 10. Návrh navazuje na předdiplomní projekt urbanistické studie brownfieldu Bohdalec. Objekt se nachází na rušné magistrále, která je nosným prvkem nové územní koncepce. Třída s tramvají a pěším provozem je uvažována jako osa městského života, komerce, služeb a kulturního vyžití, kolem které se koncentrují veřejné prostory. Navržená budova s komerční a residenční funkcí je umístěna na křižovatce, kde se protíná tramvajová osa s motorovou dopravou a zároveň se v tomto bodě střetává klidná obytná zástavba s rušnou moderní výškovou víceúčelovou zástavbou. Hmotově stavba navazuje na koncepci z předdiplomního projektu a je hravvým přechodem výškových hladin odlišných čtvrtí. Důraz je kladen na zvýraznění komerčních podlaží intenzivním prosklením. Podlaží s residenční funkcí stoupají do tří různých výškových úrovní, prostřední sekce je vůči krajním sekcím nižsí a na její střeše je pobytová zelená zahrada, která reaguje na fakt, že objekt je solitérem na okraji silně urbanizované čtvrti a bezprostředně k němu nepřiléhá soukromá ani veřejná zeleň. Výraz objektu je kombinací pevné, ustoupené a předsazené fasády.

The subject of the diploma studio project is a design of a multi-purpose building in Bohdalec, Prague 10. The proposal follows intentions set in pre-deploma urban study of the Bohdalec brownfield. The designed building is located on a busy boulevard, which is the crucial element of the new territorial concept. The avenue with a tram and pedestrian traffic is considered as an axis of city life, commerce use, services and cultural activities, around which public spaces are concentrated. The proposed building with commercial and residential function is located at the intersection where the tramway axis intersects with the motor traffic and at the same time at this point the quiet residential development meets the busy modern high-rise mixed-use development. With its form, the building continues the concept of the pre-diplomatic project and is a playful transition of the height levels of the different districts. The emphasis is on highlighting the commercial floors with transparent glass facade. The residential floors rise to three different height levels, the middle section is lower in relation to the outermost sections, and there is a recreational green garden on its roof, which reacts to the fact that the building is a solitaire on the edge of a highly urbanized neighborhood and is not immediately adjacent to private or public green space. The expression of the building is a combination of a solid, set back and overhanging perforated facade.
