Polyfunkční dům - Špičák

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu s nástupní stanicí lanovky v Železné Rudě v části obce Špičák. Projektem je trojpodlažní budova s lávkou, která zahrnuje nejen nástupní stanici lanové dráhy Pancíř, ale také bar, prodej skipasů, hygienické zázemí a šatnu pro návštěvníky, obchod se sportovním oblečením, půjčovnu se servisem kol a lyží, pronajímatelný prostor a další přidružené prostory. Návrh vychází z územní studie zpracované v rámci předdiplomového projektu – návrh nového centra pro setkávání s obytnou funkcí v části obce Špičák. V rámci zlepšení urbanistické situace byla prodloužena lanovka Pancíř do centra a byla zde navržena daná polyfunkční budova, která je spojena lávkou s náměstím a podzemním parkovištěm pod ním. Budova je tvořena z dolní části a horní části. Dolní část je tvořena obchodními prostory a je umístěna v úrovni komunikace a okolního parteru a svým natočením kopíruje linii komunikace. Horní část budovy tvořena ze dvou podlaží je natočena ve směru lanové dráhy a pomyslně sedí na dolní části. Lávka a horní část objektu slouží jako vyhlídka na okolní kopce.

Subject of this master‘s thesis is a design of a multifunctional house with a cable car boarding station in a part of Železná Ruda village called Špičák. The project is a three-storey building with a footbridge. The building includes not only the boarding station of the Pancíř cable car, but also a bar, a skipass sales booth, sanitary facilities, a changing room for visitors, a sportswear shop, a bicycle and ski rental with a service, rentable space and other associated spaces. The proposal is based on a territorial study prepared as part of a pre-master‘s thesis - a proposal for a new city center of Špičák with a residential function. The urban planni situation was improved by extending the Pancíř cable car to the city center and designing a new multi-functional building there. The building is connected by a footbridge to the city square and an underground parking garage below it. It is formed by two parts. A lower part has commercial spaces and stands at the level of the road and the surrounding ground floor. Its rotation copies the line of the road. The upper part of the building consists two floors and is turned in the direction of the ropeway. It sits imaginary on the lower part of the building. The footbridge and the upper part of the building serves as a viewpoint to the surrounding hills.
