Polyfunkční objekt ve čtvrti Viikki - Helsinki

Abstract

Navrhovaný polyfunkční objekt je součástí urbanistické studie městské čtvrti Viikki v Helsinkách. Navrhovaný komplex budov vytváří zcela nové spádové centrum pro celou městskou čtvrť. Nově vznikající zástavba by měla vytvořit odpočinkové a zábavné zóny, sloužící nejen rezidentům, ale i kolemjdoucím. V těsné blízkosti zadaného pozemku se nachází nově vzniklá tramvajová zastávka, která podtrhuje snahu města o rozvoj oblasti. Řešený objekt plní funkci obytné budovy s doplněním o komerční prostory. Základem pro návrh hmotového konceptu se stali přírodní charakteristiky oblasti, orientace ke světovým stranám, stávající zástavba a hlavní pěší a komunikační osy v oblasti.

The proposed multifunctional building is part of an urban study of the Viikki district in Helsinki. The entire proposed complex of buildings creates a completely new focal center for the entire district. The newly emerging development should create recreational and entertainment areas, serving not only residents but also passersby. In close proximity to the specified plot, there is a newly established tram stop, which underscores the city's efforts to develop the area. The solved object serves as a residential building with the addition of commercial spaces. The basis for the design of the massing concept was the natural characteristics of the area, orientation towards the cardinal directions, existing development, and the main pedestrian and communication axes in the area
