Polyfunkční dům - Oleško

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu pro obec Březová-Oleško, okres Praha-západ. Parcela má nepravidelný tvar a nachází se na spojnici hlavní silnice a původní ulice Ke Křížku, z předdiplomové práce uvažovaná jako pěší zóna. Hlavní myšlenka tohoto objektu spočívá v dělení do dvou úrovní. První úroveň, tedy první nadzemní podlaží, navazující na centrum obce slouží obyvatelům a veřejnosti. Jsou zde umístěny prostory obecního sálu, kavárny, prostory obecního úřadu, dvě ordinace lékařů a pronajímatelná jednotka. Druhá úroveň, druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží, je naopak soukromá a plní funkci bytovou. Zde jsou navrženy celkem 4 mezonetové byty o velikostech 2+kk a 4+kk. Každá bytová jednotka má vlastní terasu, která poskytuje dostatek soukromí a výhledy na krásné okolí. Do této části je vstup zajištěn z klidnější strany objektu, skrze atrium, které je umístěno ve středu polyfunkčního domu. Atrium slouží jako společný dvůr. Zde je umístěno venkovní schodiště vedoucí do druhého nadzemního podlaží. V těchto místech je navržena také zeleň, která v letních měsících chrání před sluncem a oživuje tento prostor, ale zároveň pomáhá proslunit a prosvětlit místnosti a provozy umístěné v prvním nadzemním podlaží. I přes nesourodou okolní zástavbu se objekt snaží reagovat na charakter okolí. Navržená sedlová střecha vychází z tradiční venkovské architektury a travnatý porost jednotlivých teras spolu s osázeným atriem vytváří vizuální propojení s okolní přírodou.

The subject of the thesis is the design of a multifunctional house for the village Březová-Oleško, Prague-West district. The plot has an irregular shape and is located at the junction of the main road and the original Ke Křížku street, from the pre-diploma thesis considered as a pedestrian zone. The main idea of this object is to divide it into two levels. The first level, i.e. the first floor, adjacent to the centre of the village serves the residents and the public. It houses the community hall, a café, the municipal office space, two doctors‘ offices and a rental unit. To the contrary, the second level, the second and third floors, is private and serves for residential purposes. Here, a total of 4 duplex apartments of 2+kk and 4+kk are proposed. Each apartment unit has its own terrace, which provides plenty of privacy and views of the beautiful surroundings. The entrance to this part is provided from the quieter side of the building, through the atrium, which is located in the center of the multifunctional building. The atrium serves as a common courtyard. There is an outdoor staircase leading to the second floor. Greenery is also designed in these areas to protect from the sun in the summer months and to enliven this space, but also to help lighten and illuminate the rooms and spaces located on the first floor. Despite the incongruous surrounding buildings, the building tries to respond to the character of its surroundings. The proposed gabled roof is based on traditional rural architecture and the grassy growth on the individual terraces together with the planted atrium creates a visual connection with the surrounding countryside.
