Polyfunkční dům - Alžbětín

Abstract

Objekt polyfunkčního domu se nachází v klidné lokalitě v části obce Železná Ruda – Alžbětín. Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh bytového domu a komerčních prostor, vypracování architektonické studie a vybraných částí dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Řešený pozemek se nachází na mírném svahu s příjemným výhledem na hory a lesy. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu bylo harmonické zachování výhledů v dispozicích domu a jejich zdůraznění pro obyvatele. Důležitou roli při návrhu hrála také orientace ke světovým stranám, přičemž byl kladen důraz na propojení interiéru s exteriérem.

The facility of mixed-use building is located in a quiet location in the part of the village Železná Ruda - Alžbětín. The subject of master thesis is the design of an apartment building and commercial premises, the elaboration of an architectural study and selected parts of the documentation for the construction. The plot is located on a gentle slope with a pleasant view of the mountains and forests. The main idea of the project was harmonic conservation of views in the layout of the house and their emphasis to the residents. The orientation to the sides of the world also played an important role in the design, while emphasis was placed on connecting the interior with the exterior.
