Inovační centrum Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh inovačního centra zaměřeného na vývoj a výzkum sportovních letadel. Řešené území se nachází v jižní části Mladé Boleslavi, kde má vzniknout nová městská čtvrť Sahara, která zcelí doposud odstřižené části Chrást a Bezděčín, utvoří lokální centrum a doplní chybějící vybavenost. Návrh reaguje na urbanistickou studii vypracovanou v zimním semestru 2023/2024. Inovační centrum je rozdělené do čtyř nadzemních objektů, spojených podestou hromadných garáží a zásobování. Po západní délce pozemku je umístěna hala, variabilní prostor, určený k montáži, zkoušení a vývoji nových dílů sportovních letadel. Na hale leží dva objekty s ateliéry a kancelářemi, které doplňují a zajišťují provoz inovačního centra. Třetí objekt umístěný do hlavní ulice k autobusové zastávce, je objektem veřejným, a tvoří zdroj příjmů pro inovační centrum. V přízemí se nachází kavárna/bar, která areál oživí i jak přes den, tak v nočních hodinách, v druhém nadzemním podlaží je coworkingové centrum, společně se školícími místnostmi k pronájmu a v nejvyšším podlaží najdeme přednáškový sál až pro 120 lidí. Vzhledem k umístění v blízkosti rodinné zástavby, hmoty gradují opačným směrem ke komunikaci do centra města. Díky výškovému rozdílu hlavní silnice a odstupu od rodinných domů objekty nepůsobí z této strany tak hmotně a svým zaobleným trojúhelníkovým tvarem vedou návštěvníka od všech přístupových cest do centra areálu. Parter ještě více otevírá centrum veřejnosti, je vybaven dětským hřištěm, pingpongovými stoly, šachovými stoly a pobytovým schodištěm.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of an innovation center focused on the development and research of sports aircraft. The area of interest is located in the southern part of Mladá Boleslav, where the new urban quarter Sahara is to be created, which will should heal the parts of Chrást and Bezděčín that have been cut off so far, form a local center and supplement the missing amenities. The design responds to the urban planning study developed in the winter semester 2023/2024. The innovation center is divided into four above-ground buildings, connected by a landing of collective garages. Along the western length of the property is a hall, a variable space, intended for the assembly, testing and development of new parts for sports aircraft. Above the hall there are two buildings with studios and offices that supplement and ensure the operation of the innovation center. The third building, located in the main street near the bus stop, is a public building and is a source of income for the innovation center. On the ground floor there is a cafe/bar that enlivens the area both during the day and at night, on the second floor there is a coworking center together with training rooms for rent and on the top floor we can find a lecture hall for up to 120 people. Due to the location near the family development, the masses grade in the opposite direction to the communication to the city center. Thanks to the height difference of the main road and the distance from the family houses, the buildings do not appear so massive from this side, and with their rounded, triangular shape they lead the visitor from all access roads to the center of the area. The ground floor opens the center even more to the public, it is equipped with a children‘s playground, ping-pong tables, chess tables and a seating steps.
