Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní návrh novostavby polyfunkčního domu v Praze - Bohdalec. Tato stavba se stane integrální součástí nově vznikajícího urbanistického celku, jehož koncept byl zpracován v rámci předdiplomové práce. Hlavním cílem projektu je navrhnout funkční celek pro potřeby obyvatel, zahrnující kancelářské prostory, moderní nákupní centrum a několik komerčních jednotek. Architektonické řešení stavby klade důraz na moderní trendy a inovativní přístupy, čímž přispívá k atraktivitě a jedinečnosti celého urbanistického záměru. Dominantou navrhovaného objektu se stane vertikální fasáda z perforovaného plechu, která bude lemovat dvě administrativní věže. Tyto věže budou situovány na podnoži nákupního centra, jež bude mít organický tvar a prosklenou fasádu. Toto řešení navodí dojem levitujících administrativních budov a dodá celému objektu dynamický a moderní vzhled. Prostor parteru budovy se promění v oázu zeleně, kde se organicky snoubí funkčnost s estetikou. Bohatá zeleň, promyšleně integrovaná do betonových květináčků organických tvarů, dotváří koncept organického urbanismu a zároveň nabízí příjemný prostor k odpočinku a relaxaci.Navrhovaný polyfunkční dům představuje moderní a inovativní architektonické řešení, které se stane organickou součástí nově vznikajícího urbanistického celku. Díky své funkční variabilitě a atraktivnímu designu se stane důležitým centrem pro práci, nákupy, relaxaci a setkávání lidí.

This thesis focuses on the comprehensive design of a new multifunctional building in Prague - Bohdalec. This structure will become an integral part of a newly emerging urban complex, the concept of which was developed in the preceding thesis. The main objective of the project is to design a functional complex that meets the needs of the residents, including office space, a modern shopping center, and several commercial units. The architectural solution of the building emphasizes modern trends and innovative approaches, thus contributing to the attractiveness and uniqueness of the entire urban design. The dominant feature of the proposed project will be a vertical facade made of perforated sheet metal, which will flank two administrative towers. These towers will be situated on the base of the shopping center, which will have an organic shape and a glazed facade. This solution will create the impression of levitating administrative buildings and give the entire structure a dynamic and modern appearance. The space on the ground floor of the building will be transformed into an oasis of greenery, where functionality and aesthetics are organically intertwined. Lush greenery, thoughtfully integrated into concrete planters of organic shapes, complements the concept of organic urbanism and at the same time offers a pleasant space for rest and relaxation. The proposed multifunctional building represents a modern and innovative architectural solution that will become an organic part of the newly emerging urban complex. Thanks to its functional variability and attractive design, it will become an important center for work, shopping, relaxation, and social gatherings.
