Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je návrh novostavby polyfunkčního domu v nově vzniklé atraktivní lokalitě s velkým vztahem k zeleni. Velká organičnost je v souladu s harmonií územní urbanistické studie, na kterou navazuje. Lehkost velkého prosklení dává stavbě míru elegance. Cílem projektu je navrhnout obyvatelům funkční celek obsahující kancelářské plochy, fitness centrum, prostory pro dětské skupiny a několik komerčních jednotek. Architektura stavby se snaží přiblížit trendům moderní architektury. V okolním parteru budovy je velké množství zeleně, které se promění v oázu klidu. Místo, kde se organicky snoubí funkčnost s estetikou. Lokalita, služby a atraktivní design nabízí obyvatelům místo pro setkávání, nákupy, práci a relaxaci.

The topic of this thesis is the design of a new multifunctional building in a newly created attractive location with a great relationship to the green area. The great organicity is in harmony with the harmony of the urban planning study to which it relates. The lightness of the large glazing gives the building a measure of elegance. The aim of the project is to propose to the residents a functional unit containing office space, a fitness centre, a kindergarten and several commercial units. The architecture of the building tries to approach the trends of modern architecture. There is a large amount of greenery in the surrounding ground floor of the building, which will turn into an oasis of tranquility. A place where functionality and aesthetics are organically combined. The location, services and attractive design offer residents a place to meet, shop, work and relax.
