Polyfunkční objekt nádraží Praha Krč

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je navržení polyfunkčního objektu v oblasti Nádraží Krč s návazností na předdiplomní projekt. Oblast se nachází v dnešní neurčité lokalitě, kde je situována vlaková zastávka Nádraží Krč. V současnosti je schválen projekt na stavbu trasy metra D. Tato linka bude mít stanici - Nádraží Krč - přímo v těžišti zadaného území. Díky tomu se stává z nevyužitého území prostor s potenciálem nové výstavby. V této práci je zpracována studie polyfunkčního objektu s půdorysem a řezem v detailu pro stavební povolení. Dále je zpracován komplexní řez v detailu a rovněž jsou zpracovány schémata TZB systému a statický návrh konstrukce s výkresy a výpočty dílčí části objektu. Samotný objekt je navržen jako obchodní nadchod spojující všechny druhy městské hromadné dopravy v tomto nově vzniklém uzlu s potřebným technickým zázemím a navazujícími veřejnými prostory a hromadnými garážemi. Objekt tak překonává liniové bariéry tohoto území, zejména Jižní spojku a železniční trať, a přináší do území osobitý charakter pro zdůraznění významu tohoto místa.

The content of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in the area of ​​Nádraží Krč in connection with the pre-diploma project. The area is located in today's undetermined location, where the Nádraží Krč train station is located. Currently, a project for the construction of metro line D has been approved. This line will have a stop - Nádraží Krč - right in the center of gravity of the specified area. Thanks to this, an unused area becomes a space with the potential for new construction. In this work, a study of a multifunctional building with a floor plan and a section in detail for a building permit is processed. Furthermore, a complex section in detail is processed, as well as TZB system diagrams and a static design of the structure with drawings and calculations of a partial part of the building. The building itself is designed as a commercial overpass connecting all types of urban public transport in this newly created hub with the necessary technical facilities and connected public spaces and collective garages. The object thus overcomes the linear barriers of this area, especially the Southern Junction and the railway line, and brings a distinctive character to the area to emphasize the importance of this place.
