Rezidence Letenské sady

Abstract

Bytová stavba se nachází v nově vzniklém bloku na Letné v bezprostřední blízkosti Národního technického muzea a Letenských sadů. Blok je tvořen pěti rezidenčními částmi, které mají pod aktivními partery společné garáže a archiv, který rozšiřuje prostory muzea. Samotná budova je orientována jihovýchodně a je koncipována jako osmi podlažní budova. Parter domu slouží i jako komerční plocha, určená především pro galerii a gastronomii. Na jednotlivých bytových podlažích se nachází devět bytů, které jsou typově zastoupeny od garsonek až po 4 +kk. Každý z nich má buď vlastní balkon nebo lodžii. Omítka na fasádě je povrchově upravena stěrkami s vlnitým profilem. Parter a ustupující podlaží jsou materiálově odlišeny od zbytku hmoty použitím omítky s růžovým pigmentem.

The residential building is located in a newly created block in Letná in the immediate vicinity of the National Technical Museum and Letná Park. The block consists of five residential areas, which have common garages and an archive under the active parterres, which expands the museum space. The building itself is oriented to the southeast and is conceived as an eight-storey building. The ground floor of the house also serves as a commercial area, intended primarily for a gallery and gastronomy. On the individual apartment floors there are nine apartments, which are represented in type from studios to 4 + kk. Each of them has either its own balcony or loggia. The plaster on the façade is finished with screeds with a corrugated profile. The parterre and the receding floors are materially differentiated from the rest of the mass by the use of plaster with pink pigment.
