Abstrakt

Administrativní budova je součástí nově navrhované územní studie přestavby Nových Dvorů na Praze 4. Cílem návrhu je obnova zanedbané části města a napojení na novou infrastrukturu. Živý parter dominuje prosklenými výkladci dvou komerčních ploch. Uprostřed stavby je zapuštěný vstup do hlavního lobby s recepcí. Recepce slouží jak pro administrativní patra, tak pro posilovnu, která je okny orientovaná do polosoukromého vnitrobloku. Výraz kamenné fasády je striktní a reprezentativní.

The administrative building is part of the newly proposed territorial study of the reconstruction of Nové Dvory in Prague 4. The aim of the proposal is to restore a neglected part of the city and connect it to new infrastructure. The lively parterre is dominated by the glass windows of the two commercial areas. The entrance to the main lobby with the reception is recessed in the middle of the building. The reception desk is used for both the administrative floors and the gym, which has windows facing the semi-private courtyard. The expression of the stone facade is strict and representative.
