| cze |
dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to investigate the high-harmonic generation (HHG) in gases using configurations of ”two-color” fields selected from the literature. Part of the thesis is a theoretical framework presenting microscopic and macroscopic aspects of HHG with emphasis on the monoatomic response. Furthermore, other sources of attosecond pulses are presented in contrast with HHG. The theoretical part concludes with a study of the extensibility of the quantum model to complex orbitals. The evaluation tool is simulation using a numerical code in the Fortran language, which implements the quantum model of HHG under the strong field approximation. Using a Python visualization library created for the purpose of this thesis, a clear comparison of results from the classical model of HHG and from the literature is performed. It turns out that the numerical model used in this thesis expands the knowledge obtained via the classical numerical model and provides results comparable with the literature. | eng |
