Nový plán pro Chříč

Abstract

Pivovar Chříč potrebuje poskytnúť svojim zamestnancom nové bývanie v rozumnej vzdialenosti od pracoviska. Obec Chříč sa tak rozrastá na zelenej lúke o novú dedinskú štruktúru s komunitným charakterom života. Nový dedinská štruktúra funguje okolo centrálnej drevenej konštrukcie pergoly ktorá slúži obyvateľom komunitných domov, z rodinných domov ale aj novej základnej škole 2. stupňa, ktorú tiež pivovar buduje. Dve stavby z novej dedinskej štruktúry slúžia pre pracovníkov pivovaru s obmedzenými fyzickými schopnosťami. Riešené objekty obsahujú átrium v svojom centre, terasy a balkóny po svojom obvode a konštrukčným riešením odpovedajú svojmu prostrediu a volia ekologický prístup k výstavbe.

The Chříč Brewery needs to provide new housing for its employees within a reasonable distance from the workplace. The village of Chříč is expanding on to the green field, creating a new rural structure with a community-oriented way of life. The new rural structure revolves around a central wooden pergola construction, serving residents of community homes, family houses, and the new secondary school of the 2nd degree, which the brewery is also constructing. Two buildings within the new rural structure are designed for brewery workers with limited physical abilities. The structures of interest include an atrium at their center, terraces and balconies along their perimeter, and their construction solutions align with their surounding of countryside, while adopting an ecological approach to construction.
