Areál fary v Trhových Svinech

Abstract

Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce a revitalizace areálu bývalé Fary a vytvoření tak důstojného prostoru pro střetávání místních občanů. Hlavní myšlenkou při návrhu, bylo sjednotit areál a umožnit návštěvníkovi nepřerušovaný průchod celým objektem. Nově navržené objekty budou poskytovat prostory učeben, knihovnu, dvě díly a hlavní sál pro pořádání besed, přednášek a dalších společenských akcí. A po rekonstrukci sousední budovy, která dříve sloužila jako stáje hospodářského dvora v areálů přibyde kavárenské zázemí. Celková skladba objemu bude utvářet prostupnou – otevřenou – strukturu s flexibilním využitím.

The subject of the project is the reconstruction and revitalization of the former Rectory area and the creation of a dignified space for the meeting of local residents. The main idea behind the design was to unify the area and enable uninterrupted passage for visitors throughout the entire complex. The newly designed buildings will provide classrooms, a library, two workshops, and a main hall for holding discussions, lectures, and other social events. Additionally, after the reconstruction of the neighboring building, which previously served as the stable of the farmstead, a café facility will be added to the premises. The overall composition of the volume will create a permeable, open structure with flexible use.
