Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Zadáním práce je vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie a vybrané části na úrovni stavebního povolení. Pozemek se nachází na okraji městské části Praha-Lipence. Při návrhu byly zohledněny požadavky na udržitelnost a nízkou energetickou náročnost budovy. Návrh rodinného domu respektuje severní svažitost terénu. Důraz byl kladen zejména na výhledy na Prahu a okolí a orientaci ke světovým stranám. Objekt je zónován na technickou část, soukromou část a společenskou část. Těžištěm domu je jídelna, která všechny tyto části propojuje a nabízí výhled na Radotínské údolí.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four. The task of the thesis is to create a project in the scope of architectural study and selected parts at the level of building permit. The land is located on the outskirts of the Prague-Lipence district. The design took into account the requirements for sustainability and low energy consumption of the building. The design of the house respects the northern slope of the terrain. Emphasis was placed especially on the views of Prague and the surrounding area and the orientation to the cardinal points. The building is zoned into a technical part, a private part and a social part. The centrepiece of the house is the dining room, which connects all these parts and offers views of the Radotín valley.
