Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci Janov Nad Nisou. Cílem bylo vytvoření architektonické studie včetně vybraných částí dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Důležitou roli při návrhu hrály výhledy na Janov nad Nisou a okolí, ale také svažitost pozemku či orientace ke světovým stranám. Ohled byl brán i na pohodlné užívání domu, proto je oddělena klidová, společenská a technická část. Srdce domu tvoří obytné prostory v hlaní hmotě objektu s terasou , která umožňuje nerušený výhled.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design family house in the town of Janov nad Nisou. The assignment was to create an architectural study, including certain parts from the documentation for a building construction. Important aspects of the design process were both views overlooking Janov nad Nisou, the slope of the plot and the orientation towards the north. Also the comfort of residents was considered, therefor quiet, social and practical zones are separated from each other. The heart of house represents the Living spaces in the main mass with the terrace And it is offers peacefull views.
