Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie a vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení rodinného domu. Investorem je čtyřčenná rodina, manželský pár se dvěmi dětmi. Pozemek určený pro výstavbu rodinného domu se nachází v Praze, v části Stodůlky, v ulici Pod Vlkem. Pozemek se nachází ve vesnické památkové zóně Praha - Stodůlky. Typickou zástavbu zde tvoří dvoupodlažní objekty se sedlovou střechou. Návrh reaguje na okolní zástavbu, zástavbu minulou a také na orientaci světových stran. Hlavní jádro domu je umístěno v úrovni zmiňované, velmi klidné ulice. Toto jádro tvoří objekt se sedlovou střechou, je zde obytný prostor společně s integrovaným mezipatrem a přidruženou garáží. Funkčně druhá část domu, soukromá, se nachází v úrovni zahrady přibližně o 3m pod úrovní ulice. Objekt hmotově i materiálově zapadá do území a zároveň reaguje na možnosti dnešní doby.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of an architectural study and selected parts of the documentation for a building permit for a family house. The investor is a family of four, a married couple with two children. The plot intended for the construction of a family house is located in Prague, in the Stodůlky district, in Pod Vlkem Street. The land is located in the Prague - Stodůlky village monument zone. Typical buildings here are two-story buildings with gable roofs. The proposal responds to the surrounding development, past development and also to the orientation of the cardinal points. The main core of the house is located on the level of the mentioned, very quiet street. This core forms a building with a gable roof, there is a living space together with an integrated mezzanine and an associated garage. Functionally, the second part of the house, private, is located at garden level approximately 3m below street level. The building fits into the area in terms of material and materials and at the same time responds to the possibilities of today.
