Abstract

Predmetom bakalárske práce je zpracovanie architektonickej štúdia rodinného domu. Investorom je štvorčlenná rodina. Manželský pár s dvomi deťmi na strednej a základnej škole. Súčasťou projektu bolo tiež vytvorenie častí dokumentácie pre stavebné povolenie. Pozemok určený na výstavbu rodinného domu sa nachádza v Divoké Šarce, v ulici Pokojná, v Dejvicích. Lokalita Divoké Šárky je známa pre svoje pokojné prostredie a malebné výhľady do údolia. Návrh reaguje na okolný terén a orientáciu k svetovým stranám. Hlavnou myšlienkou je práca s pohľadovou osou smerom ku kostolu sv. Mateja, odčlenenie súkromej a spoločenskej časti objektu a maximálne prepojenie interiéru s exteriérom. Objekt je tvorený dvomi hmotami, ktoré sú do seba zapustené a vytváraju pôdorys písmena "T". Spodná hmota obsahuje spoločenskú časť s výhľadmi na kostol sv. Mateja a prepojenie so zadnou súkromnou záhradou. V dominantnej hmote 2.NP sa nachádzajú jednotlivé izby s južnou orientáciou. Vďaka povytiahnutiu stropnej dosky prvého nadzemného podlažia je dosiahnutá nenápadnosť podzemnej hmoty a objekt pôsobí horizontálnejším dojmom.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study of a family house. The investor is a family of four. A married couple with two children in high school and elementary school. The project also included the creation of parts of the documentation for the building permit. The plot intended for the construction of a family house is located in Divoká Šarka, in Pokojná street, in Dejvice. The location of Divoká Šárka is known for its peaceful environment and picturesque views of the valley. The proposal responds to the surrounding terrain and orientation to the cardinal points. The main idea is to work with the visual axis towards the church of St. Matej, separation of the private and social part of the building and maximum connection of the interior with the exterior. The object is formed by two masses, which are embedded in each other and create the floor plan of the letter "T". The lower mass contains a social part with views of the church of St. Matej and connection with the rear private garden. In the dominant mass of the 2nd floor, there are individual rooms with a southern orientation. Thanks to the lifting of the ceiling slab of the first above-ground floor, the inconspicuousness of the underground mass is achieved and the object has a more horizontal impression.
