Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské prace je návrh rodinného domu v oblasti Praha 4 - Kunratice v ul. Za parkem. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie. Součástí zadání bylo také zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace na úrovni stavebního povolení. Návrh domu reaguje na různorodost okolní zástavby, která je spojena s historií území a s vývojem architektury. Hmotově se dům snaží propojit starší zástavbu s šikmou střechou s novodobou, rozdělením na dvě protínající hmoty. Vertikální hmota je hlavním společným prostorem, garáží a vstupním prostorem. Horizontální hmota má v sobě zastřešení před vstupem do objektu, víceúčelovou část, která je určena jako pokoj pro hosty, ale může sloužit jako pracovná. Dům neni podsklepený. Celé 1.NP slouží jako obytná část investora - manželský pár s dvěma dětmi. Objekt je stěnami téměř přesně natočen světové strany a dispozičně umožňuje rozdělení na denní a noční provoz.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the design of a family house in the Prague 4 - Kunratice area at Za Parkem Street. The aim of the work was to create a project in the scope of an architectural study. The assignment also included the processing of selected technical documentation at the building permit level. The design of the house responds to the diversity of the surrounding buildings, which is connected with the history of the area and the development of architecture. Physically, the house tries to connect the older building with a sloping roof with the modern, dividing it into two intersecting masses. The vertical mass is the main common space, the garage and the entrance area. The horizontal mass has a roof in front of the entrance to the building, a multi-purpose part that is intended as a room for guests, but can be used as a study. The house does not have a basement. The entire 1st floor is used as a residential part of the investor - a married couple with two children. The walls of the building are almost exactly oriented to the direction of the world and the layout allows for division into day and night operation
