Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Praze – Lipencích. Řešená parcela je součástí dvojice nezastavěných pozemků určených pro výstavbu rodinných domů v nově vznikající vilové zástavbě na okraji městské části. Zpracovaná parcela navazuje na slepou odbočku z ulice Jílovišťská a stoupá jihovýchodním směrem. Výhled z parcely je orientován na Radotínské údolí. Severní a východní část parcely přiléhá na okolní louku a les. Hmota domu je tvarována do atriového uspořádání a je umístěna podél východní a severní hranice pozemku. Dům tak využívá blízké návaznosti na sousedící les a otevírá hlavní obytné místnosti do jihozápadně orientovaného atria. Suterén domu je zapuštěn do svahu a umožňuje hlavní vstup do objektu z úrovně ulice. Západní část objektu ze své hmoty odděluje samostatně stojící pracovnu, ke které vzniká terénní navážka. Navážka kompenzuje přirozené stoupání terénu, vyrovnává část zahrady a odděluje ji výškovým rozdílem od ulice. Zároveň opticky zmenšuje hmotu celého domu při pohledu z příjezdové cesty a ze sousedních objektů. Celá budova má dvě podlaží. 1PP je částečně zapuštěné v zemi. Je zde umístěn hlavní vstup do objektu, garáž a další technické místnosti. 1NP je navrženo jako hlavní obytné podlaží objektu a je rozděleno do dvou částí, svou hmotou kolmo uspořádané vůči sobě. Noční, klidová část je orientována východně. Zde se nachází dětské pokoje a ložnice rodičů. Denní, společenská část, tvaruje jeden vzdušný prostor, ve kterém se nachází kuchyň, jídelna a obývací pokoj. Jednotlivé zóny jsou propojeny promenádou vedoucí od schodiště po venkovní terasu. Skrze prosklené plochy promenády vniká do místnosti jiho-západní světlo a prosvětluje ji. Jídelna je orientována k Radotínskému údolí. Terasa tvoří přestřešený prostor, přes který lze projít z obytné zóny do samostatné pracovny.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four in Prague - Lipenice. The site is part of a pair of undeveloped plots intended for the construction of family houses in a rapidly expanding residential development on the outskirts of the city. The processed plot follows the dead end from Jílovišťská Street and rises in a southeasterly direction. The view from the plot is oriented towards the Radotín Valley. The northern and eastern part of the plot smothly adjoins the surrounding meadow and forest. The concept of the house is shaped into an „L“ - shaped layout and is located along the eastern and northern boundaries of the plot. The house benefits of the close connection to the neighboring forest and opens the main living rooms to the southwest-oriented atrium. The basement of the house is construct into the slope and allows the main entrance to the building from the street level. The western part of the building is separated from the main part by a free-standing office, to which a terrain extension is created. The counterweight compensates for the natural slope of the terrain, levels part of the garden and separates it from the street by height difference, at the same time optically reduces the mass of the entire house when viewed from the driveway and from the surrounding buildings. The entire building has two levels. Basement includes the main entrance to the building. Also a garage and other technical rooms are located here. The 1st floor is designed as the main residential floor of the building. It is divided into two parts. The night, quiet part is oriented to the east. Here are the children's rooms and the master bedroom. The daily, social part is shaped by one airy space, in which there is a kitchen, dining room and living room. The individual zones are connected by a promenade leading from the staircase to the outdoor terrace. South-western light enters the room through the windows of the promenade and light it up. The terrace forms a roof through which you can pass from the living area to a separate office.
