Abstract

Dům pro sportovně založenou rodinu Rodinný dům v pražské části Malvazinky na Černém Vrchu, navržený pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, je parafrází na vilu Winternitz architekta Adolfa Loose. Cílem není tuto architektonickou památku demolovat, ale pozastavit se nad změněnou sociálně-ekonomickou situací a způsobem, jakým moderní člověk své bydlení využívá. Snaha tak spočívá v zaměření na nové ambice a v žití, pracování/podnikání a rekreaci. Návrh využívá poznatků získaných při návštěvě Winternitzovy vily a srovnání historického využívání stavby s požadavky 21. století. Stavba je koncipována tak, aby inspirovala – otevření prosklených portálů do lezecké stěny, táhnoucí se skrze celý dům, a do zahrady nutí člověka k jejich využívání. Od vstupní haly projdete do společenských prostor skrze galerií otevírající se lezecké stěně. Soukromá část rodinného domu je pak koncipována ve vyšších patrech, což umožňuje využití výhledů na velkou část Prahy. Konkrétní návrh je řešen v poloze architektonické, v poloze detailu a konstrukčního řešení v úrovni dokumentace pro provádění stavby.

A house for a sporty family Designed for a family of four, this family house in the Prague district of Malvazinka in Černý Vrch is a paraphrase of the Winternitz villa by architect Adolf Loos. The aim is not to demolish this architectural monument, but to reflect on the changed socio-economic situation and the way modern man uses his housing. The effort thus lies in focusing on new ambitions and in living, working/business and recreation. The proposal uses the knowledge gained from visiting Winternitz Villa and comparing the historical use of the building with the requirements of the 21st century. The building is designed to inspire - the opening of glass portals to the climbing wall, stretching through the house, and into the garden forces people to use them. From the entrance hall, you walk into the communal areas through a gallery opening onto the climbing wall. The private part of the house is then conceived on the higher floors, allowing the use of the views over a large part of Prague. The specific design is addressed in the architectural position, in the position of detail and structural design at the level of documentation for the implementation of the construction.
