Rodinný dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu pro starší manželský pár, který má tři děti již žijící mimo domov, avšak často navštěvující své rodiče. Manželé podnikají v automobilovém průmyslu. Manžel odjíždí každý den na zkušebnu, zatímco manželka pracuje z domova. Svému podnikání obětují hodně času. Nyní již začínají uvažovat o důchodu, ve kterém budou mít více času na své koníčky. Manžel je nadšenec do starých automobilů a velký kutil. Manželka se ráda věnuje ručním pracím a rostlinám. V návrhu projektu jsou tedy jejich koníčky zohledněny, každý z manželů má v domě místo, kde se těmto zájmům může věnovat. Pozemek pro rodinný dům se nachází v jihozápadní části Prahy, v lokalitě mezi Radotínem a Lochkovem, v blízkosti přírodní rezervace Slavičí údolí. Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí. Část architektonická je ve stupni studie. V části technické jsou zpracovány vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení.

My bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a family house for an elderly married couple who have three children already living outside the home, but who often visit their parents. The husband and wife are in the automotive industry business. The husband goes to work every day while the wife works from home. They dedicate a lot of time to their business. Now they are starting to think about retirement, in which they will have more time for their hobbies. The husband is an vintage car enthusiast and a big handyman. The wife likes to do handcrafts and care for plants. Their hobbies are therefore taken into account in the design of the project, each of the spouses has a place in the house where they can devote themselves to these interests. The plot of land for a family house is located in the south-western part of Prague, in the area between Radotín and Lochkov, near the Slavičí údolí nature reserve. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The architectural part is under study. Selected parts of the documentation for building permits are processed in the technical part.
