Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh dvougeneračního rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu investora v lokalitě Bílá hora v Praze, Ruzyni. Pozemek se nachází ve svahu nedaleko návrší s mohylou bitvy na Bílé hoře a nabízí dobré oslunění i orientaci ke světovým stranám. Navrhovaný objekt je dvoupodlažní rodinný dům částečně zapuštěný do terénu. Návrhem rodinného domu je snaha co nejvíce respektovat přání investora a poskytnout komfort a soukromí bydlení. Hmotově se dům sestává ze dvou na sebe položených tvarů L s vytvořením terasy jako středobodu dispozice. Výrazným prvkem je konzola předsazená před fasádu objektu směřující do ulice.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is design of a two–generation family house for four – member investor's family on locality Bílá Hora in Prague, Ruzyn. Parcel is located on a slope near the hillock with the battle mound on Bílá hora and offers good sun exposure and orientation in cardinal directions. The designed object is a two–story family house partially embedded in the terrain. With the design of the family house, I try to respect the wishes of the investor as much as possible and to provide comfort and privacy of living. Physically, the house consists of two superimposed L-shapes with the creation of a terrace as the center of the layout. A striking element is the console placed in front of the facade of the building facing the street.
