Rodinný dům

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům ve formě studie a částečně stavebně-technického řešení objektu. Zadáním bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro rodinu se dvěmi dětmi, který má umožňovat bytovou jednotu navíc například jako startovací byt pro jedno ze starších dětí. Stavební parcela se nachází v ulici V Solníkách v Roztokách u Prahy. Pozemek je nezastavěný, rozlehlý a svažitý. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu bylo vytvoření příjemného udržitelného bydlení spjaté s přírodou s komfortně prosvětlenými prostory. Objekt je navržen ve vzájemném souznění tradiční a moderní formy rodinného domu .K navrženému rodinnému domu také přiléhá rozlehlá zahrada, která spojuje rekreaci s užitnou hodnotou. Interiér je řešen tak aby respektoval soukromí uživatelů a zároveň byl harmonicky propojen s exteriérem a jeho výhledy.

The goal of this bachelor's thesis was to design a family house in the form of a study and partially a construction-technical solution of the object. The assigment was to design a family house for a family with two children, which should enable housing unity in addition, for example, as a starter apartment for one of the older children. The building plot is located in V Solníkách in Roztoky near Prague. The land is undeveloped, vast and sloping. The main idea of the project was to create a pleasant sustainable living connected to nature with comfortably lit spaces. The building is designed in harmony with the traditional and modern form of a family house. The designed family house have also a large garden, which combines recreation with useful value. The interior is designed to respect the privacy of users and at the same time be harmoniously connected with the exterior and its views.
