Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci Lipence. Cílem bylo vytvoření architektonické studie včetně vybraných částí dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Důležitou roli při návrhu měli požadavky rodiny a specifika pozemku jako jeho svažitost, orientace vůči světovým stranám a výhledy na Prahu. Ohled byl brán na pohodlné užívání domu, jeho využitelnost v dlouhodobém časovém horizontu života rodiny a pocit bezpečí a soukromí při bydlení i odpočinku v zahradě. Dům je proto navržen pouze ve dvou výškových úrovních a vytváří bariéru mezi ulicí a hlavním pobytovým prostorem zahrady.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house in the village of Lipence. The goal was to create an architectural study including selected parts of the documentation for the construction. The family's requirements and the specifics of the plot, such as its slope, orientation to the cardinal points and views of Prague, played an important role in the design. Consideration was given to the comfortable use of the house, its usability in the long-term time horizon of family life and the feeling of security and privacy when living and relaxing in the garden. The house is therefore designed in only two height levels and creates a barrier between the street and the main living area of the garden.
