Konverze areálu cukrovaru v Lázních Toušeň

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh celkovej konverzie areálu bývalého cukrovaru na balneo kúpele a hotel v obci Lázne Toušeň. Projekt vo väčšej miere zachováva existujúcu zástavbu areálu. Hlavný zámer spočíva vo vložení nového programu so zachovaním súčasných komponentov, ten sa adaptuje k pôvodnej štruktúre budovy. Priestory na ubytovacie účely sú navrhnuté v pôvodnej výrobnej hale, reštauračné a obchodné priestory súvisiace s novým využitím sú navrhnuté v bývalých skladových priestoroch. Prístavba, ktorá je navrhnutá v mieste odstránenej časti budovy sa hmotovo prepája na pôvodný objekt cukrovaru. Jej funkciou je zabezpečenie a poskytovanie balneo služieb. Parter je riešený s nadväznosťou okolitých komunikácií a rieky Labe, ktorá tečie po severnej strany od objektu a dotvára tak navrhnutú scenériu. Projekt urbanistickým koncepčným riešením súčasne prepája areál s centrálnou časťou obce, čím sa rozširuje atraktívnosť a vyššia kvalitou verejného priestoru.

The subject of the thesis is a design of a conversion of the area of the former sugar producing facility into balneo spa and hotel in the village Lázne Toušeň. The project preserves most of the existing built-up area. The main intention is to introduce a new architecture program while preserving the actual components, adapting to the original construction of the building. Production hall is utilized as place for accommodation section and other hotel facilities are located in the area of storage spaces of the original building. Building extension, which supposes to serve for balneary services, is designed in the place of the removed part of the building and is visually connected with waterside of the Elbe River. Landscape architecture is designed in relation with surroundings of the Elbe River, which flows from the north side, thus completing designed scenery. The project concept simultaneously incorporates urban planning of the area with the central part of the village.
