Nová budova Fakulty informačních technologií Českého vysokého učení technického v Praze v území halových laboratoří FS a FEl ČVUT v Praze - Dejvicích

Abstract

Diplomová práce předkládá návrh na rehabilitaci území stávajících halových laboratoří FS a FEl ČVUT v Praze - Dejvicích. Návrh předkládá možnost zastavění území bez přerušení provozu laboratoří, díky etapizaci projektu, a přináší do kampusu nejen budoucnost Fakulty informačních technologií Českého vysokého učení technického v Praze, ale i studentský veřejný prostor s občanskou vybaveností. Budovy jsou umístěny v nově vznikajícím centru kampusu a vytváří tak polycentrální univerzitní kampusový systém, který je vybaven přírodním parkem s možnostmi venkovního studia i odpočinku. Diplomová práce předkládá hypotézu zastavění tohoto území a zpracovává návrh a projekt komplexu budov Fakulty informačních technologií ČVUT v Praze. Tato práce reaguje na stav stávajících halových laboratoří FS a FEl ČVUT v Praze a zejména na nedostatek volných pozemků a prostor pro budoucnost ČVUT v Praze. Návrh předkládá demolici stávajících halových laboratoří a následnou výstavbu nových objektů o vyšších kapacitách. Etapizace uvedená v této práci předkládá možnost zastavění tohoto území se současně probíhající výukou bez přerušení provozu laboratoří. Nové prostory jsou velmi důležité pro Fakultu informačních technologií ČVUT v Praze, která sídlí v budovách FA a FSv ČVUT v Praze. Dle osobních zkušeností z navštívených rešerší je návrh inovativní a přívětivý nejen pro studenty, ale i zaměstnance. Práce obsahuje reakci na zastavěné území, špatný stav kampusu a nejasný urbanistický plán v tomto území. Hypotéza zastavění obsahuje koncept a návrh zástavby vracející se k myšlenkám Engela, Paula a Čermáka. Na hypotézu zastavění navazují analýzy, návrh a projekt komplexu budov pro Fakultu informačních technologií Českého vysokého učení technického.

The diploma thesis presents a proposal for the rehabilitation of the existing hall laboratories of FME and FEE CTU in Prague - Dejvice. The proposal presents the possibility of developing the area without interrupting the laboratories' activity, thanks to the phasing of the project, and brings to the campus not only the future of the Faculty of Information Technology of the Czech Technical University in Prague, but also a student public space with public facilities. The buildings are located in the new campus centre, creating a polycentric campus system that includes a natural park with opportunities for outdoor study and recreation. The thesis presents a hypothesis of the development of this area and elaborates the design and project of the building complex of the Faculty of Information Technology of the CTU in Prague. This thesis responds to the condition of the existing hall laboratories of FME and FEE of CTU in Prague and especially to the absence of available plots and spaces for the future of CTU in Prague. The proposal presents the demolition of the existing hall laboratories and the construction of new buildings with higher capacities. The phasing presented in this thesis provides the possibility of developing the area with parallel teaching without interrupting the laboratories' activity. The new spaces are very important for the Faculty of Information Technology of the CTU in Prague, which is located in the buildings of the FA and FCE CTU in Prague. According to personal experience from the visited searches, the design is innovative and friendly not only for students but also for employees. The thesis contains a response to the urban area, the poor condition of the campus and the unclear urban plan in this area. The hypothesis of the urban development includes a concept and design of the development returning to the ideas of Engel, Paul and Cermak. The hypothesis of development is followed by the analysis, design and project of the building complex for the Faculty of Information Technology of the Czech Technical University.
