Radnice Kbely

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nové radnice pro městskou část Praha 19 - Kbely. Návrh navazuje na architektonicko-urbanistickou studii z předdiplomního projektu. Cílem bylo navrhnout novou městskou obytnou čtvrť a centrum pro rozvíjející se území Kbel. Radnice se nachází v těžišti řešeného území a vytváří dominantu nově navrženému náměstí. Půdorysný tvar i výškové členění hmoty bylo dáno urbanistickou koncepcí navrženého území. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní objekt radnice se společenským sálem vysokým přes dvě podlaží. Obě hmoty mají společné jedno podzemní podlaží. Objekt radnice zahrnuje všech 8 odborů úřadu, které v dnešní době nesdílí stejnou adresu. Nová radnice tak poskytne důstojný prostor všem zaměstnancům a dostupné služby veřejnosti. Návrh respektuje okolní zástavbu a svým vzhledem nevytváří přílišný kontrast. I přesto budova působí reprezentativním a dominantním dojmem, který se zároveň otvírá veřejnosti.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a new city hall for the district of Prague 19 - Kbely. The design builds on the architectural and urban study from the pre-diploma project. The aim was to design a new urban residential area and a center for the developing area of Kbely. The city hall is located in the centroid of the area and dominates the newly designed square. The ground plan shape and height division of the mass was given by the urban concept of the designed area. It is a four-storey building of the city hall with a social hall over two floors high. Both masses have one underground floor in common. The building of the city hall includes all 8 departments of the office, which today do not share the same address. The new city hall will thus provide a dignified space for all employees and accessible services to the public. The design respects the surrounding buildings and does not create too much contrast with its appearance. Despite this, the building has a representative and dominant impression, which is also open to the public.
