Radnice městské části Praha 19, Kbely II

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nové výstavby v městské části Praha 19, Kbely. Městská část se nachází na severovýchodním okraji Prahy na území průhonické plošiny. Na území městské části se nachází vojenské letiště včetně leteckého historického muzea. Areál vojenského letiště Kbely městské části dominuje z jižní až jihovýchodní strany. Ze severozápadní strany ohraničuje městskou část Kbely areál veřejného letiště Letňany. Řešené území je situované západně od pomyslného centra obce. Nyní se jedná se o průmyslový areál, částečně zrekonstruovaný. Výstavba je převážně dvoupodlažní, halového charakteru, doplněná drobnou zástavbou garáží. Současné urbanistické řešení bohužel nenabízí propojení částí obce, doplňkové aktivity a prostory pro volný čas. Nová výstavba reaguje na potřeby a nedostatky obce a nabízí nové prostory pro volnočasové aktivity - park, nové sportovní centrum, náměstí, sérii polootevřených bloků s veřejnými zahradami. Urbanisticky území postupně přechází od volné nižší zástavby do uzavřených a polouzavřených bloků. Dále se v diplomní práci věnuji podrobněji řešení náměstí s radnicí pro městskou část. Komplex je tvořen třemi objekty - budovou radnice, víceúčelovým sálem a otevřeným veřejným prostorem. Vše je propojeno krytým loubím, které reprezentuje propojení více tváří veřejného života a jejich vzájemnou provázanost. Kryté loubí také poskytuje veřejný stíněný prostor s vodní plochou, která je umístěna v místě zakrytého Vinořského potoka, pro volnočasové aktivity obyvatel a zároveň poskytuje stínění náměstí z jižní strany. Celý komplex je doplněn o vzrostlou zeleň, což je další provázání, tentokrat člověk a příroda.

The subject of the thesis is a proposal for a new construction in the Prague 19, Kbely district. The district is located on the northeastern edge of Prague on the territory of the průhonice plateau. There is a military airport including an aviation history museum on the territory of the city district. The area of ​​the Kbely military airport dominates the city district from the south to the southeast. From the north-western side, the area of ​​the Letňany public airport borders the Kbela district. The area under consideration is located west of the imaginary center of the village. Now it is an industrial area, partially reconstructed. The construction is mainly two-storey, of a hall character, supplemented by a small garage. Unfortunately, the current urban planning solution does not offer the connection of parts of the village, additional activities and spaces for leisure. The new construction responds to the needs and shortcomings of the community and offers new spaces for leisure activities - a park, a new sports center, a square, a series of semi-open blocks with public gardens. From an urban point of view, the area gradually transitions from free lower development to closed and semi-closed blocks. Furthermore, in my diploma thesis, I deal in more detail with the solution of the square with the town hall for the city district. The complex consists of three buildings - the town hall building, a multi-purpose hall and an open public space. Everything is connected by a covered portico, which represents the connection of several faces of public life and their interconnectedness. The covered pavilion also provides a public sheltered space with a water surface, which is located in the place of the covered Vinořské stream, for the leisure activities of the residents, and at the same time provides screening of the square from the south side. The entire complex is complemented by mature greenery, which is another connection, this time between man and nature.
