Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu v Liberci. Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, který zpracovává architektonicko-urbanistickou studii části území Horního Hanychova v blízkosti skiareálu Ještěd. V rámci diplomového projektu je navržen objekt se třemi věžemi na společném soklu v přímé návaznosti na skiareál. V objektu se nachází více provozů, mezi které patří bytový dům, aparthotel, wellness a fitness a pronajímatelné plochy obsluhující hlavní veřejný prostor nově navrženého území. Koncept návrhu je založen na vytvoření hranice mezi skiareálem a obytným prostorem. Hranice je reprezentována dvoupodlažním soklem, který navazuje na svažitý terén, a tak umožňuje využití objektu z různých výškových úrovní. Diplomová práce obsahuje architektonickou studii a architektonicko stavební řešení vybraných částí objektu v rozsahu dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Dále je zpracováno koncepční řešení technického zařízení budov a stavebně konstrukční části.

The subject of this diploma thesis focuses on the design of a multifunctional building situated in Liberec. The thesis follows up on the pre-diploma project proposing an architectural-urban study of a part of the neighborhood of Horní Hanychov near the Ještěd ski resort. The diploma thesis focuses on designing a building in the immediate vicinity of the ski resort, featuring three towers founded on a conjoint plinth. The building serves various functions, including an apartment building, aparthotel, wellness and fitness, and spaces for commercial purposes filling the public space of the newly designed area. The concept aims to create a boundary between the ski resort and the residential area. It is represented by a two-story plinth connected to the sloping terrain allowing the use of the building from different height levels. The diploma thesis contains an Architectural Study and Architectural-Construction Design of selected building parts in the Building Permit Documentation detail. Furthermore, this paper presents a conceptual solution for the Building Services, as well as the Constructional and Technical aspects.
