Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh multifunkčného športového centra na Prahe 4, Krč. Návrh naväzuje na pred-diplomový projekt urbanistickej štúdie. Hlavným cieľom návrhu územnej štúdie bolo vdýchnuť nový život celému územiu. Kvôli nedostatku športovísk v danej lokalite sa naskýta veľký potenciál pre plnohodnotné využitie novostavby Sportcentrum, nielen miestnymi obyvateľmi, ale aj návštevníkmi z celej Prahy. Parter novostavby je sprístupnený a stáva sa jedným z hlavných námestí územia, kde sú vytvorené podmienky pre zhromažďovanie a relax návšetvníkov. Hmotový koncept vychádza z územnej štúdie, kde na hlavné osy územia pre peších boli navrhnuté objekty oragnického tvaru. Dve výškovo rozdielne organické hmoty boli pridané na ortogonálnu podnož, ktorá je z časti zapustená v teréne. Organické hmoty sú obalené priestorovou konštrukciou, ktorá podtrhuje horizontálnosť celkového dojmu budovy a tak vytvára hlavný architektonický prvok. Organické riešenie pôdorysu stavia Sportcentrum do ideálnej polohy pre jednotlivé funkcie prevádzok podľa ich požiadaviek. Budova poskytuje priestor pre šport, relax a aktívne trávenie voľného času. Vo vnútri sa nachádzajú rôzne prevádzky ako wellness s 25 metrovým bazénom, saunový svet, rôzne typy posilňovní, beauty salón, reštaurácia a laser game.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional sports center at Prague 4, Krč. The proposal follows on the pre-diploma project of the urban study. The main goal of the territorial study proposal was to breathe new life into the entire area. Due to the lack of sports fields in the area, there is a great potential to be used in form of Sportcentrum, which will serve local residents as well as visitors from all over Prague. The accessibility of the building's parter makes it one of the main squares of the area, which creates space for visitors to gather and relax. The material concept is based on a territorial study, where organic-shaped objects were designed on the main axes of the territory for pedestrians. Two organic materials of different heights were added to the orthogonal base, which is partially embedded in the ground. The organic materials are enveloped by a spatial structure that underlines the horizontality of the overall impression of the building and thus creates the main architectural element. The organic solution of the floor plan makes Sportcentrum ideally positioned for the building’s departments and fulfills all their requirements. The building provides space for sports, relaxation and leisure time activities in forms of wellness center with a 25-meter pool, sauna world, various types of weightlifting gyms, beauty salon, restaurant and laser game.
