POLYFUNKČNÍ DŮM - LIBEREC

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh Polyfunkčného domu - Aparthotel Liberec, ktorý v sebe spája funkcie bývania, služieb a obchodných plôch. Návrh vychádza z architektonicko-urbanistickej štúdie vytvorenej v preddiplomovom projekte. Riešené územie sa nachádza na severe Čiech v meste Liberec v mestskej časti Horní Hanychov. Táto lokalita je významným miestom nielen pre Liberec, ale aj pre celú Českú republiku, kvôli jej blízkosti a priamej nadväznosti na vrchol Ještěd. Práve v tejto lokalite spadla v roku 2021 lanovka, čo bolo podnetom pre návrh a revitalizáciu územia pod Ještědom. Územná štúdia sa zameriava na celkové zvelebenie lokality, návrh novej lanovej dráhy na Ještěd a využitie lukratívnej polohy pre služby a ubytovanie. Polyfunkčný objekt - Aparthotel Liberec sa nachádza v ťažisku novo vzniknutého územia v priamej nadväznosti na existujúcu tramvajovú točnu, ktorá prepája toto okrajové územie Liberca s centrom mesta. Vzhľadom na polohu tohto objektu na trase dôležitých peších prepojení sú v prvom podlaží prístupnom práve z úrovne tramvajovej točny umiestnené vzdušné presklené komerčné priestory obsahujúce služby a obchod. Jedným z princípov zástavby lokality je stupňovité klesanie terénu a vytvorenie výškových úrovní, na čo reaguje aj hmota budovy. Jednotlivé funkčné celky sú vizuálne oddelené nie len materiálovo, ale aj rôznymi zapusteniami do terénu. Celková výška objektu je 9 nadzemných podlaží, čím sa stala dominantou celého novo vzniknutého územia a už z diaľky poukazuje na stred a hlavný verejný priestor lokality.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a Multifunctional building - Aparthotel Liberec, which combines the functions of housing, services, and retail areas. The design is based on the architectural-urban study created in the undergraduate project. The resolved territory is located in the north of Bohemia, in the city of Liberec, in the municipal part of Horní Hanychov. This location is a significant place not only for Liberec, but also for the entire Czech Republic, because of its proximity and direct connection to the peak of Ještěd. In this location, the cable car came down in 2021, which was the stimulus for the new design and revitalization of the area beneath Ještěd. The territorial study focuses on the overall improvement of the location, the design of a new cable car to Ještěd and the use of a lucrative location for services and accommodation. The Multifunctional building - Aparthotel Liberec is located in the direct centre of the newly designed area directly connected to the existing tram rotary, which connects this border territory of Liberec with the city centre. Due to the location of this building on the route of important pedestrian connections, airy glass commercial spaces containing services and retail are located on the first floor directly accessed from the level of the tram rotary. One of the principles of the development of the location is the gradual decline of the terrain and the creation of height levels, to which the mass of the building also responds. The individual functional components are visually separated not only in materials, but also by different embedding into the terrain. The total height of the building is 9 floors above ground; thus it became the dominant feature of the entire newly designed location which points centre and main public space of the location from a distance.
