POLYFUNKČNÍ DŮM - LIBEREC

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčních objektů na pozemku u lyžařské sjezdovky pod Ještědem v Liberci. Koncept architektonického řešení navazuje na zpracované urbanistické řešení dané lokality. Práce se věnuje budovám, které se nacházejí na pomezí mezi obytnou zónou a sportovním lyžařským areálem.Navržený soubor se skládá ze dvou částí. Předmětem této práce je architektonické řešení celého souboru a technické řešení obou částí. Navržený polyfunkční dům se skládá z objektů A a B. Objekt A je bytový dům s komercí v přízemí a objekt B je navržen jako apartmánový dům s doprovodnými funkcemi, objekty jsou spojeny společnými garážemi v suterénu.V budovách jsou navrženy byty různých velikostí od 1+kk do 3+kk, komerce, cafe-bistro, wellness a fitness.Architektonické řešení souboru navazuje na obytné území, snaží se využít svou polohu a na úpatí kopce a podporuje výhledy do okolní krajiny. Objekty jsou navržené tak, aby svým obyvatelům poskytovaly pohodlí, dostatečné zázemí a maximálně možný kontakt s exteriérem.

The aim of this master thesis is the design of multifunctional buildings on the land near the ski slope under Ještěd in Liberec. The concept of architectural design is related to the developed urban design of the site. The thesis focuses on the buildings located in the border between the residential zone and the sports ski area. The proposed complex consists of two parts. The subject of this work is the architectural design of the whole ensemble and the technical design of both parts. The proposed multifunctional building consists of buildings A and B. Object A is an apartment building with commerce on the ground floor and object B is designed as an apartment building with accompanying functions, the objects are connected by a common garage in the basement. The buildings are designed with apartments of different sizes from 1 BHK to 3 BHK, commerce, cafe-bistro, wellness and fitness. The architectural design of the ensemble is related to the residential area, trying to take advantage of its location and at the foot of the hill, promoting views of the surrounding landscape. The buildings are designed to provide their residents with comfort, adequate facilities and maximum possible contact with the outdoors.
