Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nových apartmánových domů. Domy jsou součástí nově vzniklé urbanistické koncepce rekreačního areálu v Chorvatsku nedaleko Zadaru. Koncepce tohoto areálu byla zpracována v rámci před diplomního projektu. Cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit moderní a udržitelný koncept rekreačního resortu pro 21. století. Zásadní bylo navrhnout projekt jedinečný přesně pro toto místo, pro chorvatsko. Inspirace pramení z tradice a unikátní atmosféry typických Chorvatských obcí, která se přenáší do návrhu. Vytváří se rozmanité místo kde budou uživatelé rádi trávit svůj čas nezávisle na ročním období, věku, nebo životní situaci. Místo, které každého okouzlí, kam se každý bude rád vracet pro svou nezaměnitelnou atmosféru. Architektonická koncepce nových apartmánových budov podporuje celou myšlenku areálu, a dále ji rozvíjí. V rámci diplomové práce byla přesněji zpracována část areálu v centru obsahující dvanáct apartmánových jednotek a dvanáct nebytových jednotek.

The subject of the thesis is the design of new apartment houses. The houses are part of a newly created urban concept of a holiday complex in Croatia near Zadar. The concept of this complex was developed as part of the pre-diploma project. The aim of the design was to create a modern and sustainable holiday resort concept for the 21st century. It was essential to design a project unique for this place, for Croatia. The inspiration comes from the tradition and unique atmosphere of typical Croatian villages, which is carried over into the design. It creates a diverse place where users will love to spend their time regardless of the season, age or life situation. A place that everyone will be enchanted by, where everyone will like to return for its unmistakable atmosphere. The architectural concept of the new apartment buildings supports the whole idea of the complex and develops it further. As part of the master thesis, the downtown part of the complex was developed more precisely, comprising twelve apartment units and twelve non-residential units.
