Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší návrh domova pro seniory, který vychází z předdiplomního urbanistického projektu Cloverleaf Krč. Hlavním cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit prostor, ve kterém se budou starší lidé cítit příjemně a bezpečně. Chtěla jsem vytvořit domov, který bude přizpůsoben jejich zdravotním omezením, ale zároveň nebude působit nemocničním a sterilním dojmem. Navržené prostory jsou prostorné, vzdušné, prosvětlené a snaží se vytvářet rezidentům příjemný domov. Lidé ve stáří bývají často osamělí, a proto je v domově navrženo co nejvíce míst k vzájemnému setkávání. Navrhovaný objekt svým tvarem a hmotou reaguje na urbanistický návrh území. Domov patří do organické části zástavby, která vytváří příjemné centrum k setkávání, kultuře a odpočinku s dostatkem zeleně. Tato část je výrazně nižší než okolní zástavba bytových domů a administrativních budov a doplňuje tak „čtyřlístek“ veřejných budov okolo centrálního bodu pěší zóny. Oválný tvar umocňuje soudržnost, bezpečnost a rodinný charakter domu. Vnitřní atrium vytváří bezpečnou a soukromou zahradu zcela oddělenou od okolního města. Pokoje rezidentů jsou umístěny podél jihozápadní až severovýchodní fasády. Naopak podél fasády atria se nachází pobytová chodba, která slouží k setkávání, odpočinku a třeba i procházkám. Objekt má celkem tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Hlavní vstup do objektu je ze severozápadní strany. Odtud se vymezují dvě části přízemí. Jihozápadní, která je vyhrazena ubytování rezidentů, a severovýchodní slouží pro administrativu, zaměstnance a pro zázemí přípravné kuchyně. Tyto dvě části jsou na jihovýchodně spojeny jídelnou a společenskou místností. Vstup do objektu je monitorován recepcí z důvodu zamezení vniku neoprávněných osob a na recepci navazuje kancelář sociální pracovnice a ordinace přijímacího lékaře. Druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží je celé vyhrazeno ubytování rezidentů. Snažila jsem se vytvořit dům, který bude co nejvíce podporovat vzájemné vztahy rezidentů a bude jim poskytovat bezpečný a útulný domov bez omezení.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a home for the elderly people, which is based on a pre-diploma urban planning project Cloverleaf Krč. The main goal of the design was to create a space in which older people will feel comfortable and safely. I wanted to create a home that would be adapted to their health limitations, but at the same time would not have a hospital and sterile impression. The designed spaces are spacious, airy, well-lit and try to create a pleasant home for the residents. Elderly people are often lonely, which is why as many places as possible to meet each other are designed in the home. With its shape and mass, the proposed object responds to the urban design of the area. The home belongs to an organic part of the area, which creates a pleasant center for meeting, culture and relaxation with plenty of green spaces. This part is significantly lower than the surrounding development of apartment buildings and administrative buildings and thus complements the „cloverleaf“ of public buildings around the central point of the pedestrian zone. The oval shape enhances the cohesion, security and family character of the house. The inner atrium creates a safe and private garden completely separated from the surrounding city. Resident‘s rooms are located along the south-west to north-east facade. On the other hand, along the facade of the atrium, there is a residential corridor, which is used for meeting, resting and perhaps even for walks. The building has a total of three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The main entrance to the building is from the northwest side. From there, two parts of the ground floor are defined. Southwest, which is reserved accommodation for residents, and the northeastern one is used for administration, employees and the background of the preparation kitchen. These two parts are connected to the southeast by a dining room and a common room. The entrance to the building is monitored by the reception to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons, and the reception is followed by the social worker‘s office and the admitting doctor‘s office. The second and third floors above ground are entirely reserved for resident accommodation. I tried to create a house that would support the mutual relations of the residents as much as possible and provide them with a safe and cozy home without restrictions.
