Kulturní centrum Praha - Krč

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh kulturního centra, v pražské Krči. Projekt vychází z předdiplomního urbanistického projektu „Cloverleaf Krč“. Navrhované kulturní centrum se nachází v samotném těžišti nově navrhované lokality. Hlavním cílem bylo vytvořit odpovídající prostory pro kulturní využití nejenom v nově pojatém území. Navrhovaný objekt svým tvarem reaguje především na vytvořené hlavní komunikační osy, které byly primárním návrhovým parametrem. Oblé rohy objektu reagují na původní architektonický záměr „čtyřlístku“ – jakožto akcent nižších a půdorysně organičtěji pojatých budov občanské vybavenosti. Z kompaktní hmoty se do střešní roviny propisuje sál kulturního centra, který vytváří hmotu třetího zvýšeného podlaží. Tím vzniká kontrast k okolní bytové zástavbě, která je podlažně vyšší a tvarově ostřejší. Hlavní severní fasáda objektu je otevřená směrem do předprostoru - navrhovaného náměstí. Objekt má celkem tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. Hlavní vstup do objektu je v severovýchodním rohu objektu, který je v tomto místě ustoupený a dává tak důraz na vstup. První nadzemní podlaží je vyhrazeno pro potřeby kulturního centra, v severozápadním rohu je z parteru přístupná restaurace. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází městská knihovna, která se ve svém severozápadním křídle propisuje i do třetího nadzemního podlaží. Vzniká zde prostorné prosvětlené atrium a možnost vstupu na pobytovou střešní terasu.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a cultural center in Prague‘s Krč. The design is based on the architectual and urban study created within the undergraduate project „Cloverleaf Krč“. The designed cultural center is located in the very center of the newly designed location. The main goal was to create adequate spaces for cultural use not only in the newly designed urban area. The shape of the designed object responds to the created main communication axes, which were the primary design parameter. The rounded corners of the building respond to the original architectural intention of the „cloverleaf“ - as an accent to the lower and more organically designed public buildings.From the compact mass is elevated the volume of the hall of the cultural center. This creates a contrast to the surrounding housing development, which is taller and sharper in shape. The main northern facade of the building is open towards the vestibule - the designed square. The building has a total of three above-ground floors and one underground. The main entrance to the building is in the north-eastern corner of the building, which is recessed and thus accentuates the entrance. The first above-ground floor is reserved for the needs of the cultural center, in the northwest corner there is the restaurant accessible from the ground floor. The city library is located on the second above-ground floor, which in its north-west wing also extends to the third above-ground floor. There is a spacious lighted atrium and the possibility of entering the residential roof terrace.
