POLYFUNKČNÍ DŮM - LIBEREC

Abstract

Předmětem řešení této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout apartmánový hotel v Liberci. Návrh vychází z předdiplomního projektu, který se zabýval architektonicko-urbanistickou studií území. Hlavním nápadem projektu bylo využít stávající nevzhlednou a rozsáhlou plochu parkoviště skiareálu k dalšímu využití. Tak vznikla myšlenka na vytvoření odstupňovaného domu ve svahu, který bude plynule navazovat na přilehlý terén a pod svou hmotou zachová parkovací stání, ale skryje tuto plochu pod svůj plášť. Objekt svým tvarovým řešením poskytuje výhledy na všechny strany, a to jak na město Liberec, tak i na nedaleký Ještěd a v neposlední řadě se naskýtají výhledy na okolní svahy. Zakrytím parkovací plochy sklonitou střechou a navázáním na okolní terén vznikl na střeše prostor pro dětský skiareál. V přilehlém parteru sjezdovky se pak nachází restaurace a kavárna, odkud je možné pozorovat nejen dítka učící se novým dovednostem, ale také okouzlující Ještěd a okolní krajinu. Dále se v objektu nachází SKI & BIKE prodejna a servis, wellness a 74 apartmánových jednotek. Původní parkovací plocha obsahovala 565 parkovacích stání, nově je v objektu navrženo celkem 743 stání. Tento počet vychází ze zachování stávající kapacity parkoviště a rozšíření o kapacity pro návštěvníky aparthotelu a tím, že v urbanistické studii došlo k rozšíření celého skiareálu a prodloužení jedné ze sjezdovek, počítá se i s navýšením kapacity lyžařů samotného skiareálu.

The aim of this thesis was to design an apartment hotel in Liberec. The proposal is based on a pre-diploma project that dealt with an architectural-urban study of the territory. The main idea of the project was to use the existing unsightly and extensive parking area of the ski area for further use. This is how the idea arose to create a stepped house on a slope, which will smoothly connect to the adjacent terrain and retain a parking space under its mass, but hide this area under its shell. With its design, the building offers views in all directions, both of the city of Liberec and the nearby Ještěd, and last but not least, views of the surrounding slopes. By covering the parking area with a sloping roof and following on from the surrounding terrain, a space for a children's ski area was created on the roof. There is a restaurant and a cafe on the adjacent ground floor of the slope, from where you can observe not only the children learning new skills, but also the charming Ještěd and the surrounding countryside. The building also has a SKI & BIKE shop and service, a wellness center and 74 apartment units. The original parking area contained 565 parking spaces, a total of 743 spaces are now proposed in the building. This number is based on maintaining the existing capacity of the parking lot and expanding the capacity for visitors to the aparthotel, and due to the expansion of the entire ski area and the extension of one of the slopes in the urban planning study, an increase in the skier capacity of the ski area itself is also expected.
