Abstract

Diplomová práce zkoumá vliv cestovního ruchu na vývoj dvou regionů reprezentovaných obcemi Loučná nad Desnou a Dolní Morava. Obce jsou významnými horskými středisky cestovního ruchu v Jesenické oblasti s podobným historickým vývojem. V teoretické části jsou formou rešerše odborných textů vymezeny přístupy k rozvoji periferních, příhraničních regionů a formy strategie, které lze při rozvoji cestovního ruchu využít. V praktické části jsou metodou komparace porovnány strategie orgánů veřejné správy i místních aktérů v oblasti rozvoje cestovního ruchu a pomocí ukazatelů ETIS je vyhodnocena dlouhodobá udržitelnost cestovního ruchu v obou destinacích. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení vlivu cestovního ruchu na rozvoj vybraných regionů a rovněž zhodnocení úspěšnosti zvolených strategií. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení a příklady projektů, které jsou ve vybraných destinacích úspěšné a vhodné pro případnou aplikaci v podobném regionu.

The diploma thesis examines the influence of tourism on the development of two regions represented by the municipalities of Loučná nad Desnou and Dolní Morava. The villages are important mountain tourism centers in the Jeseníky region with a similar historical development. In the theoretical part, the approaches to the development of peripheral, border regions and the forms of strategy that can be used in the development of tourism are defined in the form of a search of professional texts. In the practical part, the strategies of public administration bodies and local actors in the field of tourism development are compared using the method of comparison, and the long-term sustainability of tourism in both destinations is evaluated using the ETIS indicators. The result of the work is an evaluation of the influence of tourism on the development of selected regions, as well as an evaluation of the success of the selected strategies. The conclusion of the thesis contains recommendations and examples of projects that are successful in selected destinations and suitable for possible application in a similar region.
