Hodnocení českého sklářství a jeho vlivu na vybraný region

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem českého sklářství v rámci národního hospodářství České republiky s následným vyhodnocením současné situace. Práce je zaměřena i na vliv českého tradičního sklářství pro typický sklářský region, kterým bude mnou zvolený Liberecký kraj. K dosažení cílů budou použity analýzy sekundárních dat a k vyhodnocení vlivu na region a podnikové úrovně budou použity statistické metody a provedeny hloubkové rozhovory s manažery vybraných podniků. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současné situace českého sklářství vedoucí k návrhu možných inovativních řešení problému.

The thesis deals with the development of Czech glassmaking within the national economy of the Czech Republic with a subsequent evaluation of the current situation. The work is also focused on the influence of Czech traditional glassmaking for the typical glass making region, which will be my chosen Region of Liberec. Secondary data analyses will be used to achieve the objectives and statistical methods and in-depth interviews with managers of selected enterprises will be used to evaluate the impact on the region and enterprise levels. The aim of the work is to assess the current situa-tion of Czech glassmaking leading to the design of possible innovative solutions to the problem.
